Meditations on Blue: A Zine-making Workshop

Come and meditate on the color blue with Blue Light Junction and guest artist Sunmi. We will use indigo pigment and other materials to write, draw, and collage together zines to keep and share. Materials will be provided but attendees are also encouraged to bring their own magazines, newspapers, photographs, and more for collage. 

Enjoy light snacks, tea, water & music and making in community.

Materials Provided by BLJ:

• indigo pigment to create paint

• blue pencils, markers, paints

• Scissors

• gluesticks

• 8.5x11 & 11x17 white drawing paper

• 8.5x11 blue copy paper

• light snacks, water, tea

“Some Kind of Blue” at Studio Blue (concept store upstairs) will also be open for browsing and shopping.

•There are 20 stairs to climb to Studio Blue. We apologize for whatever inconvenience this may cause.

•We have an indoor masking policy. We carry a limited quantity of masks at the studio.
