Visiting Artist: Jordan Jackson

We were honored to have visiting artist Danielle McCoy and Jordan Jackson of Amen, Amen at the studio last week. It was a joyous and inspired time as they shared their new work during a trunk show on Friday evening and led a workshop on Saturday to an enthusiastic group of creative students who had the opportunity to dye their fabric in BLJ’s indigo vat earlier that week. We so appreciate having these times with our artist friends and to share in their practice is what this work is all about for us. Thank you Jordan and Danielle and all who joined. We are starting our Fall season off with a bang! And the people said, Amen, Amen.
