Workshop spaces are limited, and registration is required in advance. Your spot is confirmed once you complete payment through our website.
If partial payment is made through our payment plan. Full payment must be made no later than the day of the workshop.Currently, we only accept payments through PayPal. If you would like to use a different payment method, please contact us at bluelightjunction@gmail.com for assistance.

Participant cancellations received 2weeks or more before the workshop start date are eligible for a full refund, in the manner in which the payment was processed.
Due to the preparation, materials, and limited seating required for each workshop, students who cancel less than two weeks before the start of the workshop will not receive a refund or credit. There are no refunds for missed classes and workshops.Workshop registrations are non-transferable to other workshops or studio credit.
After the cancellation window has closed, you may transfer your spot to another person. This transfer is the registrant's responsibility — Blue Light Junction is not responsible for the details or managment of this transfer. Please email the studio to let us know who will be attending in your place.

Blue Light Junction reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a workshop due to: insufficient attendance, instructor illness, venue issues or severe weather or emergencies.
In these situations, we will make every reasonable effort to contact students and reschedule the workshop.
If a workshop must be cancelled or rescheduled by us, participants will receive either a full refund or the option to transfer to another workshop date.

Our workshops involve crafting materials and tools: scissors, burners, sewing machines, dye materials and other supplies.
By attending a workshop, participants acknowledge that craft activities may involve minor risk and they agree to participate at their own discretion
Blue Light Junction and the facilitator are not responsible for injuries resulting from misuse of tools or materials.
Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult unless otherwise specified.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, participants agree to release and hold harmless:
Blue Light Junction LLC, its owners, instructors, assistants, employees, volunteers, venue partners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, injuries, or losses that may arise from participation in a workshop, except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.
This release includes, but is not limited to:
• personal injury
• property damage
• allergic reactions or sensitivities
• accidents occurring during workshop participation -
Workshops may be photographed or recorded for marketing purposes. Our staff will make everyone aware and ask before photographing the event.
If you prefer not to appear in photos, please notify the instructor and Blue Light Junction staff.Participants grant Blue Light Junction permission to use photos or video that may include their likeness for promotional use on social media, website content and marketing materials.
