Asé Arts: Stitch and Flip Quilt Block Community Offering
Title: Stitch and Flip Quilt Block Community Offering
Time: 11am-2pm (two time slots 11am-1230pm or 1230pm-2pm)
Come learn how to machine sew your own unique quilting square as part of our Community Quilting project. We are excited to offer a free community workshop led by Bay Area Visiting Artist, Nichole Talbott, of Asé Arts.
Learn the easy method of stitch & flip a base layer construction technique for making a free from quilting square. We'll be using naturally dyed cloth that has been hand dyed at various community workshops. Your finished quilting square will be added to a larger community quilt project that will be constructed over this fall and winter at Blue Light Junction.
This workshop is limited to 10 participants. If for any reason you are unable to attend the workshop please let us know as soon as possible at bluelightjunction@gmail.com.
